HORSHAM, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Berkadia announced today that Randy Jenson has joined the company as president and chief financial officer. As of July 25th, Jenson is based in Berkadia’s Horsham office and reporting to CEO Hugh Frater. He will be overseeing the Finance & Accounting, Treasury, Process Improvement and Risk Divisions, as well as playing an important role in the company’s M&A activities.
